Core charge can only be refunded, when within two weeks:
- the old part is sent to us on your (customer´s) cost
and - the old part is not broken or undissected
and - the original box from the remanufactured part is used for return
(Box must be clean!)
and - copy of your invoice and filled out "Rücksendeschein" (on back of invoice) is included with the return
