This is a must for those wishing to convert the ignition system from points, or upgrading the poorly designed electronic ignition that Ford came out with in 1974.
HEI Distributor Ford SB Small Block Windsor 289/302cui Vacuum Advance
- Simple one-wire hook-up
- High quality brass terminals and a protective plastic dust cover that encapsulates the 65,000-volt coil.
- The new cast-aluminum housing features a machine polished finish, contains new bushings, mainshaft assembly and a hardened steel gear.
It includes a high-output module, centrifugal advance components and an adjustable vacuum advance canister.
This distributor is to be used on 289/302 engines up to about 1985 that were originally carbureted.
Does not fit EFI engines with Roller Cam.
